I trust this find you well and ready for another month of 2012, this year is certainly going very fast. This month has a lot of significance for love relationships and I wanted to share this with you, so you can make the most and avoid potential obstacles. 

As we move into the 5^th month of 2012, a new season emerges and emotions feel heightened causing inner questioning and bringing a stronger intensity all round and this will remain with us for the first 9 days.

If you feel tired or flat this may prompt you to focus on what you have not achieved rather than what you have, pushing you to attack your self worth and lowering confidence.

To avoid this stop... take a step back and push through the emotion to acknowledge what you have achieved and how far you are through your year plan. Even if you are not in the place you want to be, it is only by acknowledging the small detail that will boost you up and allow you to bounce back now.

Full Moon on the 6^th in Scorpio will keep the intensity strong but also bring a rush of energy to assist you and especially in business. This is an ideal time to clear accounts and get things in order before the New Moon on the 21^st.

Now is time to trust your instincts about what you feel and especially related to love relationships. If you feel uncertain or frustrated now is not the time to share this rather, keeping these feeling to yourself till later in the month when the energy eases.

Sharing and all communication are best to be approached with caution and if anyone confronts you, it is better to direct them elsewhere rather than fight things out. It will also be easy to say things you regret and this could be hard if not impossible to come back from.

No matter how small or insignificant these decisions are the very thing that will increase your income, help you develop new connections and bring self-satisfaction. Now is the time to keep moving or fear of something creeps in and you freeze, this is one of the largest hindrances to companies today.

Working with many clients as I have done in the last few months the one thing stopping them dead in their tracks is the fear of making the wrong decisions, so they decide to stand still and make none at all. Business is hard and it requires commitment and energy, we all face issues it is how you push through these that will make the difference.

Take responsibility: I used to work for someone and all they did was blame everyone else and slowly the business retracted and reduced until there was nothing left. They were lead by fear and this fear limited their true potential and the company culture was flat and most of the staff wanted to leave. When issues arose people would shift the blame due to the fear of the owner disapproving or worse. All this did was take everything under the radar and nothing was transparent, causing loss and a low team morale. When you are working at something that you find tiresome and you lack energy then you struggle and blocks occur.

Try being open to your staff and include them in the wins and celebrate the brilliant work they do. When your staff love what you do then the by product of this stronger standards and job satisfaction, the pride will show to your clients which will increase your magnetism. 

This month will bring an increase in money and attraction, how can you use this to enhance your work and what you do.

Make the most of the clarity available to you now and see who in your company is the bad apple, sometimes it is the owners themselves that drag the companies down.
